Willmott Property Support Ltd exists to provide landlords and/or lessees with a hands-on, personal and friendly service in the running of commercial office buildings and the services within.  Our Services Management team has a wealth of experience in dealing with all manner of requirements and issues which may arise.  We have an eye for controlling costs and work within budgetary constraints.  We have our own Maintenance Team who carry out a host of maintenance works, who provide emergency call-out support and can act as key holders.

We are everything you need

On the Services Management side our client base is predominantly medium-sized and small companies who do not wish to/are not able to employ a Facilities Manager.    We tailor our service to the individual company, which may entail managing the total running of the building and its services or only a limited amount.

Depending on the level of service required, we normally agree a fixed quarterly fee for our management services so that our clients are happy to use us without fear of cost implications.
If you wish to work with us for a specific project, fees would be agreed on a consultancy basis.

We can handle office relocations including managing the move, fit-out, sourcing of furniture and equipment and the setting up of services and maintenance within the new building. Also churn within existing premises involving space planning and conducting fit-outs.

At all times, we work on controlling your costs and within budgetary constraints.  We would vet any invoices levied to your company regarding building services. Additionally we could run your building services account, pay your bills and provide month end accounts.

Where we manage external contractors we use our market knowledge to secure competitive prices, and use our bulk purchasing power to negotiate discounts where possible.  A Services Manager would visit your building as often as required and would be available at the end of phone at any time, providing help desk support and a “one number to call service” for help with any problem or requirement.

Our Maintenance Team support and compliment the management team and carry out basic caretaking duties as well as small works encompassing plumbing, electrical, painting & decorating, carpentry and Locksmithing.

Charges are levied on an hourly rate basis or against quotation as appropriate. There is no additional call-out charge within normal office hours.
